Creative Operations Manager

You Will:

● Be responsible for planning and tracking creative projects, managing and allocating

resources, and carrying projects from brief through final execution.

● Manage priorities
– intercepting distractions that could take the creative team off track.

● Create project schedules, track and ensure all deliverables are met and regularly

communicate status with team members inside and outside of creative.

● Play a leading role in the production of content with external talent
– be that photographers, videographers, illustrators, copywriters
– ensuring that project budgets are kept

on track.

● Facilitate meetings with collaborators and circulate actionable notes.

● Manage project billing, as well as budget creation and reconciliation when needed.

● Monitor team workload to ensure copy and design resources are being allocated appropriately.

Assess needs for additional freelance or external resources.

● Develop timelines and monitor progress throughout the lifecycle of all projects.

● Own and maintain relationships with third party partners on content creation as needed; brief

and develop timelines of how to best utilize these partners when bandwidth needs are restricted

● Manage Creative team’s priorities
– collaborate with stakeholders to align on prioritization and

problem solve any blockers.

● Navigate approval process with the CEO/Creative Director and any cross-functional partners.

You Have:

● 5+ years of project management in the creative space

● Strong organizational and problem solving skills

● Understanding of how creative teams work

● Experience working with Project Management software.

Asana is a PLUS.

● Ability to work on multiple projects, fast timelines and with different personalities

● Understanding of social channels Instagram, TikTok, Twitter etc.

● Experience managing content production for multiple marketing mediums.

● Confident managing projects in a constantly evolving environment

● You’re familiar with design principles and language and creative processes

● You thrive on direct, honest, and supportive communication
