Responsibilities:
• Tell our story across media, on-site, and across departments.
• Oversee the elements of our storytelling including the style, tone, and imagery.
• Stay up to date on how other brands are telling their stories and what trends are resonating with audiences and consumers.
• Push the boundaries of creativity so DWP is always at the cutting edge.
• Stay current on changing trends in pop culture and lead the fan conversation.
• Develop unique and innovative ideas to enhance the companys brand and image.
• Utilize marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of the story and inform future campaigns.
• Work with the creative team to produce marketing materials and ensure that branding is consistent across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Strong creative background with experience using big data and marketing analytics.
• A disruption mindset, diverse imagination, and expansive thinker.
• A willingness to experiment, track results, and adjust in real-time.
• Understanding of various media and creative outlets
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms like Twitter, TikTok, and others.
• Proven interest in art and culture.
• Passionate about music, the arts, and creative marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing company in the music industry. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder and CEO in Los Angeles, so remote work is not an option.
