The Role: We are looking for an analytical and experienced leader who can lead new revenue channel strategy and management, with a primary focus on international expansion.
Very strong analytical and management background is critical.
This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
This is a unique role to be at the forefront of growth efforts at one of the fastest growing startups in LA.
This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA.
COVID-19
– Temporary work-from-home, but local candidates preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Lead marketing strategy and management of new growth channels, primarily international
· Lead development of international strategy and operational execution
· Identify new international markets to enter, including assessing market size and product / market fit
· Develop market entry / customer acquisition strategies
· Manage and mobilize large group of cross functional stakeholders
· Develop, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics
· Recruit and mentor additional team members to support channel growth
· Collaborate with variety of outside vendors and partners
· Lead additional key strategic projects Requirements:
· 6 years of experience at a consumer brand, management consulting, or equivalent
· Highly analytical and excellent project management abilities
· Prior experience in leadership role in a startup environment
· Bachelor’s degree About You:

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while maintaining detail orientation and strong organization
