JOB SUMMARY  The Digital Designer will be designing digital marketing materials for emails, social ads, banner ads, and landing pages in a team environment alongside Copywriters, Designers, and the Web team.
They will maintain a high standard of excellence while promoting a People First Culture.  DAY-TO-DAY Create and build email designs and coordinate the creation of email templates Collaborate with the Web Team to design and develop landing pages Create digital assets for social media (FB, IG), and display advertising Test assets and optimize based on performance for respective platforms Research digital trends and present ideas and concepts with digital innovation in mind ABOUT YOU Exceptional leadership skills
– Self-motivated, strategic thinker, positive attitude Adaptable to change – can solve problems through an open-minded and all-inclusive approach Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field Minimum of 3
– 5 years of experience working in a collaborative team environment Good understanding of visual design principles Able to draft ideas quickly and give/take creative feedback Ability to create on-brand, attractive email layouts with corresponding landing pages Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud Photo and video editing expertise Proficient in HTML and CSS Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, organizing several projects at any given time Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills with strong attention to detail Strong portfolio of digital design capabilities Pardot (Salesforce) experience, UI certification, Workfront experience (preferred) When applying, please include a link to your online portfolio.
