Creative Specialist (Temporary Assignment)

TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.As a member of the User Growth team, you will sit with a diverse and highly collaborative team of marketers, creatives, product managers and data scientists to drive a new wave of users to download TikTok this year and beyond. We are a team of self-starters who understand how to take an idea from start to completion, or find a way to do so. You are a self starter who is excited about advertising, excels in organization, clear communication and brings an experimental mindset to this evolving growth team.Responsibilities:- As a key player on the creative side of the User Growth team, the Creative Specialist will work across markets to ensure that our creative upholds the highest quality while driving user acquisition and retention.- You will play a key role in the daily review of a high volume amount of advertising assets.- You will assess quality of messaging and video in paid ads before they launch live on social ad platforms, helping to minimize risk.- Improve the established workflow for review of creative assets.- Evaluate, assess and communicate the daily workflow and status of projects with the creative team.- Uphold TikTok trust and safety guidelines as well as brand guidelines to ensure creative content is of the highest quality and brand standard.- Communicate key findings and identify actionable learnings with the wider User Growth team.Qualifications- BA/BS degree- 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the advertising, marketing or tech industry.- Self-starter who can work fast paced across global markets.- A keen eye to details including messaging and design elements.- Creative background in advertising, social, entertainment preferred.- To be successful in this role you must be able to communicate feedback clearly to colleagues in other markets.
