Now, about the opportunity: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will help handle marketing programs for our top-tier clients.

The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define our processes and work to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and content through well-managed, on-time and on-budget projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a Sr.

    PM at Media.Monks, your work will vary but has a focus on making sure that our customers are completely satisfied.

  • You will help the (potential) client by immersing yourself in their industry and you will link the insights to your in-depth knowledge of platforms and content.
  • You will be able to transform opportunities into briefs, and project plans.
  • You will be able to set up a clear briefing for the internal teams to come up with a solid strategy.
  • You are able to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle process from briefing, creative development to delivery. 
  • You are results-driven and you enjoy building sustainable partnerships.
  • You’ll help define the scope for each project, ensuring proposals meet the client’s brief and business objectives above anything else.
  • You manage constantly changing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, with proactive communication across teams. 
  • You partner with account management, creative teams, ops, and finance on scoping and budget needs.
  • You plan ahead to ensure the appropriate resources are in place and manage their time spent on your projects. 
  • You provide quality control and review deliverables prepared by the team. 
  • You support all functions of successful project delivery: coordinating client reviews and feedback, tracking project changes and their impact on cost and timing; preparing and reviewing burn reports, and keeping the team and assets organized. 
  • You are able to serve as the main lead client POC on certain projects but can partner with Account Management and Producers as well.

Background & Skills

  • 5+ years’ worth of client-facing experience in digital advertising or creative production and understand what it takes to make big digital projects come about.
  • You have a keen understanding of the business objectives of brands and can quickly grasp their challenges and opportunities, identifying exactly what needs to be achieved from the get-go.
  • You own a comfort level working with other countries’ teams & global projects.
  • You exhibit good organization, experience scoping projects, and proposing timings.
  • You don’t think in projects but in partnerships, developing client relationships, and workstreams miles(tones) ahead.
  • You possess good written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
  • You display the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Last but not least, you’re a joy to work with; you’re great with clients and coworkers alike and know how to inspire teams to go the extra mile.
