Creative solutions manager
full-time | REPORTS TO Regional Director, creative services
The Creative Solutions Manager organizes client requirements into a clear Statement of Work and works with other team stakeholders like Campaign, Feeds and Solutions Engineering to compile all Creative and Feeds production requirements into a project plan to be passed onto the Project Management team for activation and delivery.
Primary Job Functions
Scope client projects including dynamic strategy, complexity & functionality, creative asset guidelines, and production requirements
Write up and gather requirements for the Statement of Work
Oversees the SOW & Strategy Matrix Approval Process
Create cost estimates for Production & Feeds deliverables
Pulls in key creative stakeholder (Feeds, Production and Studio)
Consults with technical teams to understand and communicate technical requirements for platform and API set up’s
Provide creative best practices that will help to meet Client’s objectives and internal production goals
Working with account, sales, design and feeds services teams on creative strategy and implementation
Attend Kick-Off calls to define technical requirements and provide guidance in the use of Flashtalking solutions
Responsible for creative asset check-in and working directly with client/creative team to confirm assets meet the required specs
Communicate and complete a project handover of each project to Project Management Team
Work with other Teams/Managers to improve your knowledge of Flashtalking capabilities and to share experiences, issues, and resolutions for different situations & problems
Produces and is accountable for the final development of creative assets and ensures accuracy, attention to details and overall meets or exceeds the design objectives
required Skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with internal staff and external clients
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A solid background in advertising, design or marketing
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and Photoshop/Adobe suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to diagnose problems and bugs and provide fixes with the help of the development team
Technical-savvy and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical people
experience
3-5 years related experience in advertising, design or marketing
3+ years of creative development or creative account management experience preferable
Knowledge of emerging technologies in digital and video
