You will help us build a clear understanding of Rain’s end-users through product discovery in order to then create a great user interface experience. You will be responsible for updating design advancements, which includes a user journey that is effective, user-friendly, and appealing, in accordance with Rain’s product vision. You will also be responsible for being the voice of the customer, bringing user context to all the product flows.ResponsibilitiesComplete understanding of all product requirements, protocols, and technical implementations of all our services, tools, and appsDesign graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation buttons, and search fields that can adhere to style standardsCreate original graphic designs and develop UI mockups and prototypes that can clearly illustrate how the product works and looks likeAbility to learn and integrate new software programs and tools.
