The Creative Media Manager contributes to AHF’s mission by helping the Creative Media team to manage their expanse of media and equipment while helping to oversee administrative needs as well as produce, budget for and create videos, commercials, etc. Though radical cooperation with other departments and vendors for video shoots, the production manager is crucial in helping Marketing, as well as other departments, market and advertise the company’s mission and purpose.
In this role, you will assist departments by ensuring a smooth workflow for administrative requirements in the department. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Creative Media on budgeting and streamlining various marketing projects across all of our business lines. Overseeing all aspects of creation, from pre to postproduction, will be necessary. Familiarity with photography, filming and various forms of production across a range of platforms will be necessary. Organization attention to detail and experience in Media management is a requirement. backing up online media libraries (such as flickr, dropbox, youtube, etc.) will be required regularly. Overseeing and hiring vendors will be necessary in this role and the production manager should be comfortable engaging with a wide range of individuals to ensure projects are completed. Additional duties will include but are not limited to processing consent forms, contracts, invoices and cresting proposals and presentations. You will be required to be at a wide range of meetings in order to retain directives as well as creatively recourse requests for content and productions.
The ideal person must be a proactive problem-solver and works well in a fast-pace and collaborative working environment. A minimum of 5 years demonstrable skills in video/audio files types, Adobe Creative Suites, Final Cut Pro, Social Media and Microsoft Office Suites. The ability to capture and edit photography and video is a plus. Must be able to work outside of normal business hours when needed and be willing and able to travel and work independently.
