In this position, you’ll be responsible for servicing one of our biggest accounts for a huge international brand.
You’ll work with a cross-office team of creative teams, designers, motion artists and more to concept and execute work.
As such, you’ll need to be a great manager with excellent design skills and a great sense of creative direction, including copy.
Some assignments will be a constant drumbeat while other exciting projects will pop up throughout the year.
Additionally, you’ll be working closely with agency partners, so interpersonal skills are key.
Best of all, you’ll be part of a small but mighty team full of collaborative, multidisciplinary talent who will help you make it all happen.Responsibilities Ensures the quality, craft and implementation of all work done on assigned accounts and by assigned teams Ensures development of extraordinary work Manages and mentors team of creatives including conducting performance reviews Provides opportunities for learning and growth for all creative team members Informs and supports the Chief Creative Officer and Group Creative Director on all creative issues dealing with his/her brand teams Functions as the lead in the conception, design, and creation of content for print, digital, broadcast and multimedia creative Works with strategic partners to develop strategies that will lead to and support great work Presents creative strategies and concepts to clients, both internally and externally Understands the client’s business, brand, products and their customers Serves as liaison between client and creative group, communicating vision of creative group to client Is responsible for presenting to clients and helps structure powerful selling arguments for work Strategizes with brand team to anticipate problems, analyze solutions, identify alternatives and suggest recommendations Ensures management practices within the department are professional, timely and in the best interest of McKinney’s profitability Supports overall department growth in developing internal workflow solutions Collaborates with other departments to streamline information flow Takes an active role in educating, proselytizing the power of creative throughout the agency Shares personal creative product with the rest of the agency Always current and even ahead of creative trends in the industry Must coach and inspire others; provide day-to-day coaching for direct reports, regular development conversations and performance evaluations Always, always, leads by example
