Creative Director

PXL is looking for a Creative Director to oversee creative and strategy for digital campaigns for clients including Universal, Paramount, DreamWorks, Disney, United Artists, Sony, Warner Bros, and more.

Responsibilities include:

Leading a team of creatives (UX/UI designers, motion designers, copywriters) Lead the creative process from concept to completion
Develop marketing objectives into clear creative strategies Manage and direct the creative staff in the production of all marketing collateral Oversee client pitches and proposals Meet with clients and management partners to present campaign strategies and solutions Review work and provide feedback to creative teams Verify visual communication standards are met Interview and hire creative staff Report directly to the President of PXL

Requirements

4 year college degree
8+ years of agency and/or client-side experience, and prefer candidates who have worked in the entertainment industry.

Awarding winner (Clio, Cannes, FWA, etc.) Strong written/verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal team Detail-oriented and organized Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly adapt when priorities change
