Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, The Original Donut Shop, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes.

We are seeking a Designer/Content Creator with a head for big, culture-driving ideas and the hands to bring them to life through exceptional craft as Liquid Sunshine enters an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence.
Reporting to the ECD, you’ll expand your skills and raise your creative game as you collaborate with a diverse team of award-winning writers, art directors, designers, and producers to concept and produce work across virtually every channel.
In addition to your conceptual chops and well-developed skills as a Designer, ideally you have at least one additional “maker” talent: animation, motion design, illustration, photography, or editing, and you have the work to prove you’re not just dabbling.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
•Create visual concepts, designs, and layouts for a variety of mediums and formats, including print, digital media and websites, social media, OOH, key art, and more
•Apply your systematic design thinking and concept-driven aesthetic to a variety of other brand and corporate needs, including content to support our Diversity & Inclusion, Health & Wellness, and Sustainability efforts
•Concept with Art Directors and Copywriters on campaign work and other high profile brand experiences
•See your ideas through from concept to execution, working with producers, project managers and other internal and external partners to execute with brilliance
•Prepare final artwork and assets for online use such as banner ads and website pages
•Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions
•Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
•A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Designer or Content Creator at an agency, brand, publisher, or social media platform
•Graphic Design or Digital Design degree, or the equivalent
•A killer portfolio of smart, visually compelling, culture-driving work that demonstrates a talent for coming up with simple, original ideas and innovative approaches across mediums, especially in digital and social
•A strong ability to concept multiple ideas quickly
•The flexibility to work as part of a team one day, independently the next.
You adapt to new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusiasm
•Determination, ingenuity, and a great attitude in the face of obstacles, deadlines, and ambiguity
•Proficiency with the appropriate Mac-based tools of your trade (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Sketch, Adobe XD, Keynote, et al)
•Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
•At least one well-developed “slash” skill (e.g., shooting, editing, animating, illustrating, motion designing, retouching, etc.)
