As a Designer you will be responsible for identifying style and color trends, thoroughly understanding our retail customers’ brands, exuding creativity, and steering the design process with professional grace.To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for color and relevant home décor trends and be able to translate them into home décor products relevant to our customers within our brand voice.
Designer must be a quick thinker, artistic, creative, personable, and respectful of deadlines.Keys to Success
· Demonstratable experience designing home textiles for mass market
· Have an eye for relevant home color and design trends
· Capable of quick sketches during working meetings to convey ideas to team
