Requirements:   
Experience: 4-6 years of job-related experience Education: Bachelor’s degree is required Computer skills: Advanced experience in motion graphic design.

Knowledge of project management tools (preferably Asana).

Job Description:  

The Graphic Designer creates premium and impactful marketing materials in the GT’s Living Foods brand with a look and feel that resonates with our consumers and provides visual creative support for the Marketing department. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
Creates visual assets for marketing materials across all marketing touchpoints, motion graphics, video editing, including POS, packaging, website, social, etc., and across multiple media, both print and digital.  Ensures strong visual equity, relevance and impact across all visual creations, different media and touchpoints, and providing design solutions for all marketing clients.  Manages the design process in collaboration with internal clients and the Project Manager, managing design briefs and project workload to deliver projects on time.

Ensures high level of design thinking, craftsmanship and detailed execution excellence in every piece of design.  Manages visual assets library.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:  
Effective communication; ability to interpret briefs and communicate design choices clearly Attention to detail; adaptive design eye and skill Visual story-telling; develop mood boards and understand a full scope of project work Creative thinking, ability to present multiple design options and conceptualize thoughtful art Adaptable, open to feedback and able to pivot quickly and deliver revisions as requested Time management, ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, After Effects and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation Knowledge of design, typography and visual principles
