As a member of the Brand Studio team at Known team, you will support the Senior Creative Director in creating and maintaining the creative vision for some of our biggest clients.
You are tasked with creating award-winning, innovative, and compelling integrated campaigns that drive brands forward.
You have an insatiable thirst to find new ways to reach audiences, harnessing the power of modern production approaches, platforms, and methodologies.
As a writer, you thrive on collaboration and understand how to partner with account teams, strategists, media planners, data scientists, production, and your art counterparts to blaze new trails and define the new era of modern marketing.
As an ACD at Known, you have a passion for writing and keen understanding of the specific demands of digital media.

Appreciate brevity.) You will also work across a variety of platforms including writing TVCs, paid and organic social, print, OOH and more.
Our ACD will create the innovative and memorable cross-channel work that continues to make our agency, and the brands we work for, stand out and be talked about in the industry and around the proverbial water cooler.
In addition to writing ad copy, you are responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the team, developing original campaigns, and representing the writer’s perspective in client presentations.
You express your ideas clearly not just on the page, but face-to-face, zoom box-to-zoom box.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Ability to roll up sleeves and be hands-on and also lead a more junior team in the delivery of outstanding creative and results, working collaboratively within a cross-disciplinary team and environment (creative teammates, strategists, media planners and account team) to ensure creative work is on-brand, works hard and stands out amongst the rest Ensure consistency and efficacy of copy throughout all creative Write copy from concept to end product with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and tight timelines Work within the client’s established brand guidelines Leverage talent for copy and the written word to contribute to entire campaigns that solves for consumer needs and business goals Confidently present copy to teams, stakeholders, and clients articulating and rationalizing copy decisions with strategic insights Work closely with our internal media planning team, strategists, and Senior Creative Director to test a multitude of copy iterations including headlines, body copy, CTAs, etc.
and be able to apply learnings to refine and deliver new creative and evolving best practices Stay consistently relevant and up-to-date on all design, copy and marketing trends, as well as cultural events in effort to bring fresh ideas , sharing with peers and the broader team Edit and proof copy as needed Be able to write in multiple styles, formats, and tones for a wide range of projects including, branding, TV, social, digital, print, OOH and more Lead, participate and contribute in creative brainstorms and collaborative work with the Creative Team Appraise and edit your own work, and bring a sharp eye for detail to every round of a project Own the brand voice story for our clients across all channels maintaining consistency Be fearless and not afraid to fail Be comfortable sharing and advocating for your ideas to a wide range of audiences Partner with our Senior Creative Director to lead the internal creative process Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to finish Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects Proactively research and develop innovative ideas for clients’ brand As an adjunct and support to the Sr.
Creative Director, drive overall creative aesthetic and concept creation, bringing innovative ideas to life both visually and verbally Cultivate strong relationships with outside agencies/freelancers to support various stages of creative development Assists Sr.
Creative Director in maintaining our clients’ brand vision as well representing the overall agency
Qualifications :

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree Journalism, English, Communications, or related field 7-10 years of copywriting experience at a successful agency or in-house Experience as an ACD or managing/mentoring others a plus Experience working with a healthcare brand a bonus
