Account Director, Creative

The Account Director role offers a unique opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to drive Code3’s business forward.

This team blends proprietary campaign data and deep knowledge of social and digital platforms, with knowledge about our clients’ businesses, to develop best-in-class, digital-first creative.

Responsibilities

Leverages cross-category expertise to guide clients in what they should and can be doing to effectively meet their business objectives
Can identify new opportunities and/or trends in the client’s business that would positively or negatively impact our agency role
Creates 1-1 relationships with client team
– entertaining, strategizing and creating lasting connections, ultimately growing client scopes 
Ensures all work is laddering back to sound strategy, proactively shaping the stories our clients should be telling
Develops overarching strategy in partnership with creative and/or strategy director
Ownership of the final product and the process to get there across assigned client grouping
Can effectively guide direct reports through new challenges, new processes, new productions, new experiences, etc.

Can help guide the team to success by offering broader context, insight, and overall guidance in project development

Requirements 

BA or BS degree
5+ years of creative agency experience
A passion and working interest in digital media creative
B2B experience preferred

Preferred Skills

Experience in digital media, consulting, or creative
Strong Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / Google Slides Skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Ability to work effectively with a team
Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
