Job Description AmericanTours International, LLC (ATI) a visit-USA travel company, is seeking a detail oriented and professionally minded Travel and Customer Service Agent.
ATI Team Members are provided with the opportunity to assist with travel reservations by email, data entry, and telephone support for traveling passengers by using problem-solving and communication skills as supported by their colleagues.
This is an entry level position with growth opportunities within the travel operations department or within other departments.
English fluency is essential, and while additional languages such as German, French, Spanish or Italian, are a plus, they are not required.
