Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
- Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options
- Support the marketing work of other team members
- Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events
Requirements:
- 1 year CSR/Management/Sales experience, OR college degree in related field
- Great communication skills
- Goal-Oriented
- Good work ethic
- Excellent attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
The Customer Service position is entry-level and full time.
