Support Services Associate

Overview: Atlantic Health System is seeking a Support Services Associate to provide staffing for the hospitality and support services departments.

These areas and functions include, but are not limited to:?Food Services Transport?General Housekeeper?Patient Transport?Greeter / Temperature-Taker?/ Screener Responsibilities: Food Services Transport?Deliver/Serve patient mealsResponsible for sanitation and regulatory complianceGeneral Housekeeper?General cleaning, empty trash, high/low dusting, mop floors, sanitize all furniture in patient rooms, clean commode, clean bathrooms and discard debris, remove soiled linen and replace with fresh linen in patient roomsPatient Transport?Assists patient in walking to prevent accidents by falling, or transports non-ambulatory patient, using wheelchairGuides or escorts incoming patients to designated areaGreeter / Temperature-Taker/ ScreenerGreeting patients, families, and visitors arriving/departing at the respective medical centers and/or AHS ambulatory sites with a verbal acknowledgmentResponsibilities include screening patients and visitors for temperature and possible COVID-19 symptomsFollow the established process to grant or deny access to site when the initial temperature reading is determinedOtherDuties as assigned/needed Qualifications: Qualifications/Requirements:Excellent customer service skillsMust be able to read, write and speak English fluentlyMinimum Education:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredRelevant Experience:1 year of previous experience About Us: Atlantic Health System aims to deliver the highest quality, safety and care combined with the best experience for our patients and their families.
