Shipping /Warehouse , office/customer service

You will be the person for the shipping department, daily items shipped out to customers, Pull inventory, pack correctly in boxes, have correct paperwork for foreign shipments, load boxes on pallet(s)/ wrap and strap to ship.

Experience with FedEx Ship Manager Domestic and International is a plus ( if not will train), Must have computer experience.

You will also do some light: Front office to help answer phones, help take phone orders, help walk in customers.

Keep showroom clean, neat, and stocked.

Experience with entering orders/invoices with Quickbooks is a big plus, we can train but must have computer experience.

Work with Amazon and Ebay orders and inventory items is a plus, if not we will train.

Lite marketing work during slow periods.

Calling customers to update email addresses (No cold calling) , help with Face-Book, blogs, postings, calling customers after an email campaign to see if they have any questions, some SEO for our website.

Any experience in this is a plus, if not we will train the right person.

Also: Receiving and Inventory Must be able to lift 55 lbs.

Unload Container when it comes in.

Keep small warehouse neat and organized, control inventory, take monthly inventory.

Bag and box bulk items into smaller unit sizes.

Receive items, make sure items received are correct and correct amount, put items away at correct locations and re-bag/box items if needed.

Putting / taking items in and out of hot containers (during the summer, every now and then) Bring your experience and knowledge, good attitude a must, team member a must.

Starting pay is $15.00 /hr.

until you learn it and we know you can do it.

Pay increase as you learn and become sufficient.
