Customer Service Representative

Job Summary Ozark Fluid Power is seeking an Inside Customer Service Representative for our Little Rock, Arkansas office.

Ozark Fluid Power is a Parker Hannifin distributor with three locations that service Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

Our Inside Sales representatives provide customer support by responding to inquiries, requests for quotes, answering questions on common product lines, provide updates on existing orders, escalate shipments when needed, and coordinate with our outside sales force.

Responsibilities and Duties Inside customer support in all matters relating to customer purchasing needs Provides pricing, availability, and updates on order status Manage customer orders to ensure they are correct and on time Follow up on phone calls and existing quotes Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management Logistical support for Outside Sales team Qualifications: Experience in an inside sales or technical support role in a manufacturing or distribution environment, preferably with fluid power, electrical, or hose & fitting products.

Ability to organize and execute multiple projects concurrently Excellent communication skills Demonstrable problem-solving and negotiation skills Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic components preferred Skilled in Microsoft Office products Experience with Prophet 21 operating system a plus Skills: Works well with others, has a team mentality.

Solves problems effectively Effective time management Customer-oriented Self-motivated, able to work independently without close supervision.
