Senior Vice President, Client Services – Influencer

BEN is searching for a Senior Vice President to drive client retention and growth for its growing Influencer brand integration business.

This integral position will oversee the development of client relationships, specific programs, and financial performance for world-class of clients across a variety of verticals, including gaming, fashion/beauty, lifestyle, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a strong vision for leading a best-in-class client service team, set ambitious goals backed by sound strategies, and set the standard for delivering innovation and quality for our clients.

The SVP will build client confidence and trust, strive to exceed client expectations, ensure all commitments are met and expectations exceeded, and secure client loyalty by achieving shared goals.

A key component to the success of this position is rooted in the ability to achieve and exceed revenue goals in a very fast-paced and high-growth business.

This is an important leadership position within a talented, dynamic, and growing Client Services team, and the SVP is expected to provide inspirational leadership, guidance, and mentorship.

This position can be located in either Los Angeles or New York.

Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with revenue reporting and forecasting to executive leadership, providing realistic projections, over-performance, and expectation management
  • Oversee strategic account planning, client mapping, and growth strategies; manage team client activities at every stage of the client lifecycle – onboarding, proposals, insights-driven post-mortems, growth strategies, etc
  • Drive quality and effectiveness of existing business and consistently and organically sell new business ideas, introduce clients to new capabilities, and develop ideas to expand client relationships, to drive business growth
  • Develop deep client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and escalation point for senior level clients
  • Be a champion of our clients and know how to leverage and collaborate with the right BEN resources – Executive, Strategy, Research, etc.

    – to present BEN’s extensive capabilities in the most impressive way possible and drive solutions for our clients

  • Be an expert presenter and hold “gravitas” as an expert, at every level of the client organization as well as within the industry
  • Manage Client Service team resources, ensuring that each and every team member is delivering against goals, and supporting overall team targets
  • Serve as a member of BEN Influencer’s Executive Team, being a visible presence and cultural leader and collaborating across functions to promote the overall growth and valuation of the company
  • Be a champion of our clients brands and ensure that BEN client and cross functional teams are focused on finding solutions for their businesses
  • Oversee a consistent and robust pipeline of RFPs and develop customized, highly creative and strategic insights-driven proposals to ensure consistent delivery and outperformance against revenue targets 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience managing teams, developing client service strategy, setting forecasts and revenue targets, and driving account growth in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Proven success to meet or exceed revenue targets over extended periods of time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; an expert storyteller who can lead by example and mentor a growing team
  • Experience navigating complex client organizations and working vertically and horizontally to create new partnership opportunities
  • Exceptional leadership skills who can collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple divisions and form strong relationships especially with BEN’s new business and product teams to ensure a coordinated approach to maximizing successes with clients
  • Deep client relationships at large companies with a variety of marketing and organizational models with a demonstrated track record of growing accounts through innovation and new revenue streams
  • A positive and solutions focused approach with the ability to troubleshoot and proactively solve for potential problems before they get too big; able to serve as the team’s escalation point and sounding board
  • Strong organizational development and talent management skills with the ability to make difficult decisions in a rapidly changing environment and competitive marketplace
  • Understanding of the influencer marketing space, media landscape, or social media strongly preferred
  • Experience in a high growth, fast-paced and evolving environment is a big plus
