This role works on-site at our Los Angeles West Hollywood Office. The Role: This role will support the Distribution and Content Partnerships team with administration tasks and processes tied to the distribution of Moonbug’s Kids content across the Americas markets to ensure we achieve our ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will ensure the successful roll-out of content, working closely with internal Moonbug teams such as production, operations, marketing, legal, brand, localization, and finance. With strong communication skills they will leverage previous organizational experience, industry knowledge and trends to ensure content optimization. A keen problem solver, they will drive and collaborate on numerous internal focused projects such as localization and regular distribution updates/trackers while facilitating dialogue with key internal stakeholders. The candidate will assist the Managing Director and Directors of Distribution in the distribution of Moonbug content across the Americas markets. They will maintain strong relationships with leading digital platforms, streaming services and TV channels. Candidates must be available to work in the Los Angeles office. Responsibilities : Manage the Distribution team’s day to day operational functions such as avails lists, localisation trackers, sales support materials, release schedules, internal documents Be the first point of contact between Distribution and Technical Operations, ensuring content materials and metadata are delivered on time and to specification Collaborate with key internal stakeholders including legal, marketing, finance, consumer products, production, and creative development Assist with creating sales pitches and proposals Liaise with distribution partners and marketing team to optimize marketing opportunities Help to secure distribution of Moonbug content and identify new distribution opportunities across the Americas Keep abreast of key industry trends and market research in the digital distribution space Create and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and other related parties. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a support or administrative role in a sales, distribution or production organization.
