We are seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to be a key member of our sales team with responsibilities such as but not limited to overseeing orders, helping maintain assets, analytics and tools to help performance and efficiency of our sales representatives, documentation and timely customer responses.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Ensure the adequacy of sales-related assets and/or materials Respond to or escalate problematic situations from customers, and offer attentive post-sales support Store and sort data in electronic form and present informative reporting and assistance Process orders with accuracy and timeliness and keep clients well-informed Order entry, visibility and communication with customers and applicable internal teams Update clients on changes or information pertinent to their business Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements to direct supervisors and/or department head Ensure adherence to policies and procedures internal and external

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant and applicable experience Proven experience in sales, as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Driven by performance and customer service Tech savvy; knowledge and proficiency in Hubspot, Shopify and Quickbooks a plus Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent communication skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al) Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work
