CEI Contract Support Specialist

Job SummaryAECOM’s CEI Group is actively seeking a creative, a highly talented person for CEI Contract Support Specialist employment in the Orlando, Florida area.

The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in performing the duties of a CEI Office Engineer on heavy civil highway and bridge construction projects.

The incumbent can look forward to projects including various assignments for the Florida Department of Transportation, Expressway Authorities, and local municipalities throughout Central Florida.Responsibilities:performing complex technical assignments including preparing monthly and final payment estimatespreparing tracking tools to monitor and report on various contractor submittals including RFI’s, Shop Drawings and stored materials among others.Preparation of supplemental agreements and work orders for additional contractor work will also be requiredUpdating the AECOM Project Sharepoint siteWork is performed under the general supervision of the CEI Project AdministratorAt AECOM, we’re delivering a better world.We believe infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone.

Our expertise and global reach enable us to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients that pave the way for long-lasting benefits to society.Minimum RequirementsBS/BA in Construction, Business, Engineering or related field and/or equivalency of experience and/or education4 years experience as Contract Support Specialist (Office Engineer); two (2) years of which shall have been in heavy civil bridge and/or roadway constructionPreferred QualificationsTwo plus years of successful experience in final estimates on FDOT construction projectsExperience with Project Solve Share Point Site.
