Position: Retail and Online sales office manager (Contract, single shift 10am
– 6pm )
8 hour shift
Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday : 5day schedule!

We are looking for a Retail and Online Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our growing Electric Bike Company.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store and on the phone while shopping our product online or in store .
You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions.
A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.
Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
Greet and direct customers on the phone and via email and social media messaging
Provide accurate information and update our products and price list daily(e.g.
product features, pricing and after-sales services)
Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services online, on the phone and in store
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing wit competitors
Cross-sell products on online platforms
Ensure customers and all prospective buyers are being assisted regularly
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers, manange marketing campaigns
Provide customer feedback to the Company Manager
Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Skills
Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role of any online sales and marketing
Understanding of the retail and online sales process
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Flexibility to work various shifts
High school degree
BSc in Marketing or related field is a plus
21+ years old
Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
IOS smartphone and be App-savvy
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs ELECTRIC BIKES without assistance
Good communication and attention to detail
