Remote Call Center Representative
Ajilon is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative for a growing client-centric company in Nashville, TN!
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of high-volume call processing experience, and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is required.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering $18/HR!
Responsibilities:
Process high-volume inbound calls from clients Provide innovative solutions to clients per client need or request Manage client accounts in the system and document each call Assist with daily and weekly reporting File/document management Additional duties/projects as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of high-volume call processing experience, within a call center environment required HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) required Must have strong written/verbal communication skills
