Pay Rate: $19/hour + performance-based incentives
We are looking for remote agents in California, to deliver amazing customer experiences on healthcare insurance products while you also experience an award-winning employment experience and company culture.
Type of Hire: Direct Hire
Bilingual Languages required: Cambodian, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean
Additional Bilingual Languages needed: Arabic, Armenian, Farsi, Hmong, Laotian, Russian, Vietnamese
Training Length: 2-4 weeks
Schedule:
Candidates need to be flexible to train and work within the hours of operation
o 8am-6pm PST
o Monday through Friday
Location: Work from home
Client Provides Technology: Laptop or chrome book, headset, 5 Foot ethernet cord (shipped directly to their home)
Candidate Provides: Hardwired internet, quiet place to work
Responsibilities
- Resolving escalated or complex calls from customers.
- consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile,
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
requirements
- Bilingual in English and Cambodian or Cantonese or Mandarin or Korean
- Or Arabic, Armenian, Farsi, Hmong, Laotian, Russian, Vietnamese also needed.
- 6 months or more of customer services experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet connection (>25mbps)
