We are looking for Infrastructure Support in Jersey City, NJ This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Minimum 5 years’ experience managing, configuring, and supporting large scale Remote Access environments is required.
(One or more of the following: Cisco ASA, ISE and Citrix ADC, ADM)Strong working knowledge of infrastructure components, network troubleshooting and virtual desktop environments (e.g.
routers, load balancers, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMWare)Prior experience developing and delivering solutions to automate operational tasks using Python or PowerShell.
(Splunk knowledge is a plus.)Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clientsParticipate in the 24×7 support coverage as needed Responsible for configuration, management, and operational support of Remote Access utilizing: Cisco VPN
