A-1 Total Service Plumbing is currently hiring for a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to provide customer service and dispatch our plumbers in the La Habra, CA area. This dispatch position earns a competitive wage of $15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience.

DAY-TO-DAY
In this office role, you are the heartbeat of our company! All clients and plumbers are funneled through you for their scheduling needs. You answer incoming phone calls to schedule or reschedule appointments and help customers with anything else they may need. Using your excellent customer service skills, you build a great rapport with each client. You then assign jobs to the right technicians. Your goal is to provide prompt, convenient service as well as to maximize our field technicians’ time and mileage. You feel a great sense of accomplishment helping our customers and keeping our office in line!
