The Application Support Analyst will lead the IT’s and functional business support for our client’s Oracle ERP ecosystem.
The Analyst will partner with our Accounting and Finance teams to ensure initiatives and projects related to the ERP system and related Oracle modules are well designed, implemented, and supported to meet growing business needs.
The analyst will also take the lead in the day-to-day support of business processes and identify and implement solutions to any issues.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Designing, developing, and implementing programs and applications.
Must be able to take detailed business requirements to create applications or enhancements that respond to end user needs and provide innovative solutions to problems.
Perform prototyping, application tests, and code reviews to ensure product is satisfactory.
Work with other IT team members to solve complex problems.Monitoring and maintaining existing software programs and applications in addition to new development.
Perform debugging, testing, code improvement, and re-designing tasks.
