Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the administration, strategic planning, and operations for an assigned portfolio.

In this role, you will ensure the end-to-end execution of business processes through various enterprise systems for effective tracking and reporting.

– Asset Management Support
– Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities Execute a variety of operational activities and procedures that support the portfolio’s vision and strategic objectives.

Gather and monitor metrics related to portfolio progress and work with team to enact changes.

Draft reports of portfolio performance for key stakeholders.

Assist with analyzing current assets to evaluate and manage risk.

Coordinate and execute governance and control activities to ensure compliance.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Desired Experiences Bachelor degree or equivalent Previous team collaboration experience using Microsoft Teams and WebEx Experience with MBS trading and Capital Markets type of work Data analysis and strong math skills Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and urgency Previous experience dealing with large amounts of money with high operational incident risk along with communicating with trading counterparties Strong Excel, MicroStrategy, BlackRock Aladdin Trade Entry/DECO, Wallstreet (Cash Wire/Cash Management System) and PartyMaster experience is a plus Skills The group of skills related to Loan Management including evaluating loan requests, classifying loans, identifying fraud, originating loans, etc.

Experience evaluating businesses, projects, budgets, and other financial entities or instruments to determine viability, stability, and performance Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions Skilled in the graphical representation of information in the form of a charts, diagrams, pictures, and dashboards with programs and tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI Tools Experience using Microsoft Access Skilled in Excel Additional Information The future is what you make it to be.
