Cutting edge Medical Practice, with 11 Doctors and 6 locations, has an immediate need for a sharp Bilingual Medical Front Desk / Call Center Representative to provide a high level of patient services over the phone! Bilingual Spanish is required.
The Front Desk / Call Center Rep will interact with patients by phone (high volume calls), assist patients with questions, taking co-payments, patient registration, verifying insurance and benefits, schedule appointments, transcribe messages, and data entry using SRS.
Position is located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, but flexible to work in Beverly Hills or Glendale. Free parking for employees, Low staff turnover, and warm family environment!

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hr. DOE

Medical Front Desk / Call Center Representative Requirements:
- 2 years Medical Front Desk / Call Center experience in a Healthcare setting
- Bilingual: English / Spanish is required
- EMR: experience is required
