Position is Temp to Hire, located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, Free parking for employees, Low staff turnover, and warm family environment!

– 6:30PM (8-hour shift)
City: Los Angeles, CA (must be flexible to float to satellite offices) Requirements and Job Duties:
2 years Medical Call Center experience in a Healthcare setting Bilingual: English / Spanish is required Duties: Answer and triage patient inbound calls (high volume), Schedule appointments, transcribe messages, data entry using SRS, collecting co-payments EMR: experience is required
