Your Mission 

As the Sales Support Coordinator , you’ll play a role in assisting the sales organization toward strategic goals and operational effectiveness set forth by the business.

You will support SADA’s SADA’s Sales Department and Sales Performance Manager to drive revenue and maintain all internal systems used by the organization.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled and motivated in both administrative and technology duties and will be able to assist sales associates with technology, Company system and administrative needs.

We’re looking for a team player, who can think quickly on their feet and can navigate a growing organization to get things done. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain data integrity of our Netsuite system 
  • Help sales reps comply with proposal generation and order processing requirements
  • Work with SADA’s Order Management Department to streamline the submission and completion of orders to our partners and other third parties
  • Ensure systems that connect with technology partners are kept current
  • Maintain key metrics, dashboards and management reports 
  • Ensure sales documents and customer-facing materials are kept up to date
  • Interact with sales representatives, assisting with day-to-day issues and helping create cohesion across the department
  • Gather data to create reports as needed
  • Maintain Sales Resource folder, including adding new Google  product information and promotions, updating Google product information and prices, removing discontinued items and communicating all changes to the Sales Department
  • Assist with ongoing key projects in coordination with various aspects of the Sales Department
  • Support Field Sales with forecast data entry and act as a point of contact for forecast data requests
  • Acting as a liaison between Sales and Sales Operations Practice

Expectations

Training
– Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule.

Details of the timeline can be shared.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all onboarding will be temporarily conducted remotely.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
  • Not afraid to work fast and ask lots of questions
  • Ability to multitask  
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Useful Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
