Litigation Support Analyst/Specialist

Law firm located in Beverly Hills is seeking a Litigation Support Analyst/Specialist to join their office.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and advising case teams on best practices for the preparation of documents and how to best use litigation support technologies to support projects

  • Develop case-specific database(s) to facilitate the retrieval of documents and testimony, and in preparation for document productions, depositions, and trial

  • Coordinating the conversion, processing, loading and exporting of data and images to and from litigation systems

  • Conducting complex database searches, facilitating document review sessions with attorneys, and coordinating productions to external parties

  • Training attorneys, paralegals, and other personnel on litigation support applications

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of their work; coordinating logistical matters and other support for depositions, teleconferences and trials; assisting in most aspects of the litigation process

  • Support document review projects by working with a team of vendors, attorneys, and paralegals to review documents in a database platform in preparation for production, and coordinate the preparation of documents to be produced in accordance with discovery deadlines and format requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of litigation support experience within a law firm environment

  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Relativity, Concordance, and CaseMap as well as assist the attorneys on all aspects of litigation including, but not limited to, the eDiscovery process

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
