We are looking for a Full time Domestic Customer Service to fill within our Operations department.
This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate between $17 and $19 an hour depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Promote a customer friendly atmosphere
+ Arrange air bookings as requested by customers within the United States and Canada.
+ Pro-actively track and trace freight movement and keep our customers updated.
+ Work directly with warehouse and drivers to ensure our customers needs are followed through.
+ Action billing tasks within the company guidelines.
+ Be responsive to other department and stations requests
+ Make sure all work adhere to the companys policy standards
+ Perform any other related duties
Education and Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
+ 1 + years logistics experience is a plus
+ Logistics experience preferred
+ Domestic Airfreight background is a plus
+ Customer Service experience.
