The Los Angeles Dodgers Information Technology Department are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team. The candidate will be supporting stadium ticketing and media access control system, IPTV, digital signage and provide event support. Job Functions Support and maintain all access control hardware and software Support and maintain IPTV solutions and Digital Signage platform using specialized manufacturers software Install and aligns projectors, video screens, video walls, and way-finders Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems and hardware components Provide Level 1 2 support for various end points including computer systems and mobile devices. Perform game day preparations, testing and event support Provides training and documentation to game day support staff Coordinate with concession staff in creating and validating digital menu board contents Contribute to the development and fulfillment of ticketing promotions, Dodgers Loyalty Program, and promotional campaigns for ticket sales products Maintain positive relationships with third-party technology partners and Los Angeles Dodgers staff Perform other related duties as assigned Basic RequirementsQualifications Bachelorrsquos Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a related field Minimum one year of experience troubleshooting and supporting tech hardware and software in a professional setting Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills Demonstrated ability to perform advanced troubleshooting Ability to handle multiple tasks and to organize and prioritize workload efficiently Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of work materials and issues as appropriate Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
