IT Support Specialist
Downtown Los Angeles (On-Site + Travel to satellite locations in LA County)
Immediate Need – Direct Hire with Great Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier I-II level support to Greater Los Angeles locations
  • Respond to technical support calls, tickets, and email inquiries.
  • Perform PC and computer setup, maintenance, and software installation
  • Support MS Office Suite, Windows Servers, Adobe, and WebEx
  • Provide addition support to the Network environment when needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Ability to provide helpdesk and ticketing support to over 250 users
  • Healthcare and EMR experience is a plus (Nextgen or similar)
  • Must be open to traveling to satellite locations in Los Angeles County
