Intake Call Center Manager

nn Business consulting firm is seeking a call center manager to help establish a world class and full-service contact center .

To be considered for this position you must meet the following requirements: (1) Bachelor’s degree ; (2) 3 + years of experience as a call center agent; (3) 2+ years of experience as a call center manager; (4) Proficiency in call center management, practice management, and presentation software ; (5) Experience in developing systems, documentation, onboarding and training agents; and (6) Ability to work on the weekends .
