Compensation: $24.70 to $28.60 hourly

What you get to do every day
– Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
– Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
– Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
– Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
– Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
– Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
– Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Job Requirements:
– Microsoft SCCM experience highly desired
– Proven knowledge of Windows Workstation
– Practical knowledge of Apple iPhone
– Solid understanding of Computer Imaging
– Wide ranging experience with iMac
– Desktop Imaging experience
– Well-founded grasp of PC desktop/workstations
– Quality experience with Apple Macintosh
– Foundational knowledge in Imaging Technologies
– Imaging Devices experience
– General familiarity with Apple iOS
– Good understanding of MS Windows 10
– Earlier work involving Microsoft Windows
– Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
– 3+ years of desktop support or other related experience
