Full Time Administration Assistant (Swim School Customer Service)

We are looking for a friendly and hard-working customer service associate to join our growing team at Atlanta Swim Academy.

This person will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, actively greeting customers and providing a welcoming environment.

The Customer Service Associate will be able to handle a high volume of customers and be able to problem solve.

We are looking for someone with a natural outgoing and positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.Current Shift Needs:Must be available:Tuesdays 11:30am-8:00pm Thursdays 11:30am-8:00pmSaturdays 9:00am-5:00pmAdditional Optional shifts:Sundays 9:00am-5:30pm -or
– 9:00am-1:00pmMondays 11:30am-8:00pmWednesdays 11:30am-8:00pmCustomer Service Associate Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and emails in an efficient mannerIdentify customer questions, concerns, and overall needsProvide accurate answers and solutions to customer queriesAddress customer complaints in a compassionate and patient mannerRedirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as neededCheck voicemail inboxes and return calls in a timely mannerDevelop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer serviceFollow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution statusCollaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfactionFollow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all timesPerform each duty above with our customers’ satisfaction as the number one priorityRequirements and QualificationsCustomer service experience is a plusFamiliarity with CRM systems is preferredExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenFantastic phone skills, i.e.
