Job Overview: The Fulfillment Supervisor leads a team of colleagues who are responsible for the completion of the fulfillment process for Customer orders generated online.

The Supervisor drives fulfillment Best Practices and achieve store productivity compliance.

They teach packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in excellent condition.

The Supervisor sets high standards and motivates the store team to meet objectives that augment the customer experience.

Essential Functions: * Follow up with team members to ensure process is followed* Embraces and utilizes technology* Participate in other support functions and/or assist the in-store customer as needed Qualifications and Competencies: * High School Diploma or equivalent required* 1-2 years related experience * Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers* Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities* Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team* Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays Physical Requirements: * Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department* May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision and climbing ladders* Frequent use of computers and other technology necessary to perform job duties, including handheld electronic equipment.* Frequently lift/move up to 50lbs This job description is not all-inclusive, and Macy’s Inc.
