Faculty Support Coordinator

The Marshall Academic Planning team handles all instructor evaluations, the faculty teaching, research, and service platform (Digital Measures), graduate registration, and scheduling within the Marshall campus.
The Marshall Academic Planning team is looking to a new Faculty Support Coordinator
– Registration to join the team.
Responsibilities and Duties Include:
Managing graduate registration Maintenance of graduate course waitlists Partner with USC”s central Registrar to create special sessions along with related courses Maintaining the Digital Measures database and providing support to instructors through the platform Managing Student workers
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Microsoft Teams Experience with Digital Measures, USC SIS a plus
