Drayage Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Track and Trace of Ocean Containers
  • Communicating with Customers regarding status of loads and empties
  • Work with dispatch team ensuring proper scheduling of containers
  • Attention to details

Experience

  • Experience with the Ports of LA/LB required
  • Transportation / Logistics experience required
  • Excel, Word, Outlook experience required
  • Answering emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Experience with TMS systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
