Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Position: Dock Customer Service

Pay: $17-$19

Schedule: Thursday – Monday between 10pm – 6:30am

Job Description:

  • Answering multiple phone line
  • Physically checking customers in
  • Booking domestic and export airfreight shipments
  • Data entry
  • Ensure timely movement of cargo from origin to destination
  • Ability to communicate effectively to customers and management

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull at least 35lbs
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for an 8 to 10 hour shift
  • Able to get quickly between warehouse and operations many times per hour
  • Work in cold storage environment
  • Basic computer skills including e-mail, web browsing, outlook, excel and word.
