Job Description We are seekingCustomer ServiceReps to join our team! We have both summer and full time openings. We are looking for individuals that have a good familiarity social media and with outdoor plantsand flowers.You will address customer questions and offer solutions for a locally owned franchise dedicated to eliminating the nuisance of mosquitoes. Our company provides both our Traditional and Organic All Natural services to eliminate outdoor mosquitoes, gnats, no-see-ums and tick problems so our customer can get back to enjoying the great Los Angeles outdoor living.Responsibilities:Positive and professional demeanor in answering incoming calls and responding to questions for both our new and existing customersDocument all customer interactions in CRMDevelop and maintain knowledge base our products and servicesHelp build social marketing campaigns and web responsesHelp developmarketing campaigns and work with our Digital Ad AgencyDevelop and run kiosk sales partnershipsResolve customer inquiries and complaintsCreate sales material to present to customersThoroughly explain to the customer the expectations for services and proceduresWillingness and ability to work flexible hours Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior customer service experienceIdeallymarketing knowledge (classroom or work)Demonstrate computer aptitude (CRM, Social Media applications, Google Enterprise – Docs/Spreadsheets/Forms)Positive and professional demeanorAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskingCompany Description About Us:Mosquito Squad of The Valley & Los Angeles is a locally owned pest prevention and control franchise.
