Summary: This is a direct service position requiring general knowledge of intellectual disabilities and mental illness, and specific knowledge and skill in rehabilitation with persons with disabilities.
This position involves the provision of day program services and coordination of overall services for clients.
This individual is expected, through training and experience, to exercise discretion and independent judgment with supervision of the Program and Site Supervisors.
Requirements:
– Applicant is required to have a valid full driver’s license in the state in which he or she resides with very limited violations (license cannot be provisional).
– Mush have high school diploma.
Possession of a college degree in related field or professional licensure (e.g.
COTA, RN) preferred.
– Relevant work, student or volunteer experience preferred.
– Possession or use of a four passenger vehicle to assist with client transportation and a copy of a valid certificate of automobile insurance.
