Customer Service Representative Night Shift

Job Description Arrive to work as scheduled.

Handle daily customer complaints and following up on daily/previous issues/inquiries.

Work closely with the Sales department to keep our customers profiles/requests/issues updated and/or resolved.

Inform our sales department of late calling customers on a daily basis Entering and making sure that farmer market and sales rep purchases are reflected in our Produce Pro system.

Update pricing for and inform customers about prices affected by the ever changing market on a weekly basis.

Responsible making sure that all customers are made aware of our daily shorts Address same day orders, shorts, inquiries, and/or issues including extensive research for accounting purposes.

Update/maintain customer standing orders Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
