Desktop Support Analyst

Overview: The Desktop Support Analyst role is to deliver support to end users in the organization on how to use various types of desktop applications and hardware efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.

This includes troubleshooting hardware and software for all Archcare customers, by receiving, prioritizing, and resolving end user requests.

Responsibilities: Report to the Network and Technology Services Manager on assigned activities, established reporting indicators, and pending initiatives as requiredPerform technical support of application automation with the Network and Technology ServicesMaintain and trouble shoot hardware and software issuesMaintain HIPAA best practices and compliance in EDI, Privacy, and SecurityMaintain databases, network diagrams, and other required information and reportsAssist with the educational requirements and/or materials for all systems multi-disciplinary training.Work collaboratively with all the Archcare IT department team members as required.Perform all other duties, as assignedProvide information, guidance, and assistance to all end users.Manage helpdesk ticket assignmentsAdheres to policies and procedures Salary: $73,500-$82,500/year based on education, experience, and training.

Qualifications: Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in computer science, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience requiredExperience RequirementsA minimum of 3 years experience of equivalent experience required.

Skill RequirementsProficient knowledge of clinical and/or financial applications in the healthcare field.

Advanced knowledge of personal computers, and office automation applications.

Excellent communication skills.
